Developing barren land under paddy cultivation and wadi project to cultivate vegetables and fruits to achieve quantitative growth and qualitative enhancement of farming for food security and higher income generation increasing income level of the villagers within the villages so as to condense migration rate to change the attitude and mind-set of the smallholder farmers from selected villages so that they replace the subsistence farming practices by better cultivation practices and shift from monoculture to multi-cropping systems. Moreover, organic farming practices will be strictly adhered to for protection of environment and sustainability of agriculture.
School children should continue & taking interest in their education in school to reduction in migration of their families. Improvement of educational status of school going children in the villages by providing extra coaching in a joyful way and enhancing their personality Organisation of vocational and skill development trainings so as to increase the income of youth and women and artisans in the villages Organizing health check-up camps on health issues and health education.

The specific objectives of the program are raise awareness on the various aspects of preventive healthcare measures, educate the villagers on information to identify and prevent common diseases, build capacity and develop skills within the community health workers to handle local health Promote overall goon health of the local communit Involvement of women in village development activities through formation of self-help groups programme and capacity building

The underprivileged families like Ramani and many more from Dongripada and nearby vicinity, are deprived with basic amenities like food, proper shelter and clothing The children with such conditions who are attending Anganwadi are looking fresh and happy after wearing the new uniform provided under our pre-primary programme.

On 14 Nov 2018 we have celebrated Children's Om along with the Pre Primary and Primary School Children from Dongripada at MajPatil Community Centre Mrs Sandliya Patil. Sadhana sweets. Children experienced the day with full of joy and fun Madam has organused various games song with the kids Children enjoyeda day with snacks and The importance of the day were explained to the Eud Intervention in Women's Empowerment.

Anganwadi children's parents and grandparents (Sasu-Sune)melava were organized by Mrs Sandhya Patil Sadhana Madam &Jayashree with the help of Anganwadi supervisor Ashwini tai. It was so much touchy feeling to see young girls at the age of 16 to 20 were having two two kids with pathetic health conditions The study shows that health and nutrition status of tribal children is very poor, it may be due to lack of nutritional awareness and non-availability of health services and it was worst in remote inaccessible areas Children aged 4 to 12 months were found more vulnerable Our session boosted them with positive approach towards their own and their kids well-being we discuss with them about their diet, what to eat during their prenatel and post netal care, age of marriage and many more.

We need to have regular intervention in enhancing their standard of living through such sessions Fine Village Concept in process.
We are trying to encourage villagers to have such type of Bamboo fencing around their houses to protect their kitchen garden from grazing cattles as well as to create clean/ fine village environment.
Participatary Rural Appraisal along with Base line Survey from Dongripada, Patil Pada and Mangat Pada work has been commpleted. We got a good response from village Self Help Groups Youths and Zhila Parishad School teachers and Students Maj Patil Community Center's as well as Rainwater Harvesting topography survey for village water and Agri Model Plot development layout survey and designing work by Dr. Ajit Gokhale (RWH expert) and Mr. Anil Sawe Architect has been done and the praposed plan is ready.
